Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Sealed bids are invited for Serving Line & Dishwasher Replacement at Multiple Locations, to include deliver, uncrate, assemble, and fully install serving line and final electrical connections at 3 locations and receive, deliver, uncrate, and fully install new dishwasher, and all final electrical, water and drain connections at 4 locations. The project is generally described as vendor to disconnect and remove existing serving line and take to loading dock or place in school where requested. Vendor to deliver, uncrate, assemble, and fully install serving line and make final electrical connections as specified in Part A: Serving Lines Scope of Work at the following schools: Burley Middle School Greer Elementary School Agnor-Hurt Elementary School Vendor to receive, deliver, uncrate, and fully install new dishwasher, vendor should also provide all final electrical, water and drain connections, including existing booster heater as specified in Part B: Dishwasher Scope of Work, at the following schools: Burley Middle School Stone Robinson Elementary School Greer Elementary School Lakeside Middle School The estimated construction cost range for this project is $250K-$450K. A Bid Bond is required for any bid which exceeds $100,000. The "Time for Completion" will be as detailed in the Bid Form. The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: The Total Base Bid Amount.
