All work to fulfill the requirements of the contract shall be in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with the current editions of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications; VDOT Road and Bridge Standards; VDOT Special Provision Copied Notes, Special Provisions, and Supplemental Specifications; VDOT Road Design; VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications and VDOT Instructional and Informational Memorandum, VDOT Drainage Manual; the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook (VESCH): Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), VOSH Standards and regulations; and ADA Standards and requirements for all material and equipment used, and workmanship performed. Provide turnkey operations of asphalt paving of the existing ravel parking lot and road for Scotts Park located at 6680 Courthouse Road in the County of Prince George.
