Partial non-structural demolition for new pass thru window opening. 2. Remove existing storefront entrance and relocate. 3. Finish existing door header to remain. 4. Construct and finish new non load bearing GWB door header and wall. 5. Remove existing light fixtures and HVAC devices and patch larger holes with gypsum board to match existing ceiling. 6. Reconfigure existing light switches. 7. Repair existing gypsum board ceiling as needed, prime and paint all repair areas prior to installation of new drop ceiling grid. 8. Demo existing and install new drop ceiling grid and ceiling tiles. 9. Demo existing and install new light fixtures in ceiling grid. 10. No fire suppression work. 11. No plumbing work required. 12. HVAC work required. 13. Install new window tint and roller shades. 14. Install new landscape boulders and change landscaping as needed. 15. Owner to reinstall existing loose furniture.
