Township of Ewing, County of Mercer The Township of Ewing ("Township") is soliciting bids pursuant to the public bidding process of New Jersey's Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. for Janitorial Services (hereinafter referred to as "Janitorial Services") for the Administrative Building located at 2 Jake Garzio Dr, Ewing Township, NJ 08628, the Hollowbrook Community Center ("HCC") located at 320 Hollowbrook Drive, Ewing, NJ 08638, and the Ewing Construction Department Office ("ECDO") located at 1666 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ 08618 (collectively referred to as the "Ewing Buildings"). The expected services and products are described in this request for bid (RFB). Bidders shall have two years' experience in providing similar services. The initial contract shall be a one-year contract, with two one-year options to renew at the option of the Township. Contract is expected to commence on or about July 1, 2024. The deadline for the submission or questions is 4:00 pm on April 26, 2024. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Township purchasing agent, Alex DeAngelis at adeangelis@ewingnj.org. All questions must be submitted in writing. No questions will be answered orally. The Township Council of the Township of Ewing Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Waive Any and All Defects and/or Informalities in Any Bid, Should It Deem the Same to Be in the Best Interest of the Township of Ewing.
