Award amount is $302,779.94** For the Roscoe Hall Phase II AV Project BIDDERS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF P.L. 1975 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27), the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.; the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq.) A bid bond is required in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid bond shall consist of a certified check or cashiers check to the order of The College of New Jersey, or an individual or annual bid bond issued by an insurance company or surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful Bidder(s) is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract. A Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification form must accompany the performance bond.
