Site work for a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal, disposal and replacement of approximately 1 linear mile of the existing concrete, asphalt or earthen canal lining with a multi-layer geocomposite canal liner membrane and steel reinforced concrete cap. Bids are requested for the following Contract: New York Canal Lining Project 2024/25. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Boise Project Board of Control as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Boise Project Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Boise Project Board of Control.
