Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all permits, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and services, and notifications in accordance with Local, EPA, OSHA, State and all other applicable agencies to complete the YMCA Fieldhouse. The Contractor is responsible for verifying quantities and locations of materials at this facility. All conditions, quantities and locations of applicable materials are accepted by the Contractor upon receipt of quote. Work will consist of building a fieldhouse for a men's and women's bathroom with concessions located within the City and County of Union, South Carolina.OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents may be obtained upon request to the City s Building Official. Complete sets of specifications are also available for inspection at the City of Union s Planning Department Time of Completion - The work to be performed under this Agreement shall begin on or before the date listed in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive days. The Contractor must agree to liquidated damages in the amount of $100 per day for each calendar day after the completion date.
