The Town of Chino Valley Will Accept Bids From Qualified Firms Registered With the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to Perform the Following Services: the Interior Improvements Include a New Fire-suppression Unit, Cabinets/shelving, Counters, Flooring, Sinks and Food Preparation Stations, Lighting, Ceiling, Duct Work, Conduit, New Paint, Walk-in Freezer and Cooler Replacement, and New Kitchen Equipment. Ramps, Landings/platforms, and Railings Will Be Built to Improve Access. The Project Will Take Place at the Town of Chino Valley Senior Center, 1021 W. Butterfield Road, in Chino Valley, Arizona. The Project Location is Within Chino Valley Town Limits, Near the Intersection of Road 1 West and Road 3 North, and Approximately 2 Miles Northwest of the Town Hall. The Senior Center Building Dimensions Are Approximately 56 Feet by 100 Feet (5,600 Square Feet), and the Interior Improvements Will Occur in an Area That is Approximately 56 Feet by 23 Feet (1,300 Square Feet, 158 Feet in Diameter). The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Any Informality in a Bid or to Withhold the Award for Any Reason the Town Determines.
