The work under this contract generally consists of the removal of sediment from the C-9 stormwater management facility (SWMF) located at approximately 219 Munnoch Boulevard as part of the Lansdowne Meadows Subdivision in Woodstock. Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes: Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facility, Dewatering of the C-9 SWMF, Removal and disposal of sediment from C-9 SWMF, Remove and dispose of Phragmites surrounding the perimeter of C-9 SWMF, Replace outlet structure gravel jacket, Replace rip rap at the inlet, berm and spillway following the outlet pipe, Regrading and restoration of the landscaping disturbed by sediment removal activities, Supply and install missing railings on headwalls and safety signs around the pond/structures, and Restoration and cleanup work. This work is essential to ensure the City's infrastructure and facilities remain safe, in a state of good repair and able to meet the City's needs. Question Deadline: Thu Apr 25, 2024 4:00 PM
