The City of Woodstock requires an experienced and qualified contractor to complete the removal and clean-up of encampments, temporary structures and associated waste services to ensure a safe and clean environment within all city-owned parks and natural areas. The City of Woodstock invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for encampment clean-up at various locations within the City of Woodstock for the year 2024. Details of the work required are noted in the specifications section. The intent of this proposal is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and services required to: Provide 24-hour Emergency Services including Holidays, Complete all required encampment clean-up, site restoration, that is required by the Parks Supervisor or designate with an estimated worth of $98,000.00, Complete work following the City of Woodstock Specifications, policies and procedures, Complete work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements, and Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program. Prices submitted should be inclusive of all costs of doing the work, including labour, benefits, equipment, training, disposal fees, operating materials, insurance, and taxes.
