Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Woodstock, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work under this contract generally consists of the demolition and removal of the buildings located at 685761 Highway 2. Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes: - Demolition and removal of all buildings, structures and basements, - Removal of all floor slabs and foundation walls, - Demolition and removal of inground pool - Backfill and compact all excavations with granular material, - Demolition and removal of all exterior concrete slab pads - Hazardous substance removal, and - Required decommissioning of septic system and well.
