The Kenai Peninsula Borough is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide site survey, geotechnical investigation, and design basis report as detailed in the scope of work for two road paving projects; (1) Deville Road; (2) Ravenwood St North, and three gravel road improvement projects; (1) Hoot Owl Mini Ranches, (2) Suchaview Road, and (3) Toklat Way in the Road Service Area (RSA) Capital Improvement Project (CIP). The scope of work will include developing a design basis report and construction cost estimate for each individual project. The deliverable of this RFP will provide a preliminary engineering report that can be used to estimate overall scope and cost for the following roads: (1) Deville Road, (2) Ravenwood St North (3) Hoot Owl Mini Ranches (4) Suchaview Road, (5) Toklat Way. Please see attached Maps for details. Question Deadline 05/02/2024 at 5:00 PM AKT Identify key project staff and sub-consultants expected to provide services on behalf of the firm. Resumes should be included for each of the individuals and sub-consultants referenced. Be specific on the proposed staff regarding experience and qualifications on projects of similar size and scope. The Kenai Peninsula Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
