The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to provide all labor & materials to construct a new CES Fire Station #1 per contract documents. If the bid exceeds $100,000 the following apply: Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the Kenai Peninsula Borough amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required.
