The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to provide all labor & materials for land surveying of identified parcels in addition to selectively cutting/felling all dead standing spruce trees of all size classes as well as spruce that are currently bark beetle infested. This project shall be funded in full through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Alaska Region, State, Private, and Tribal Forestry - Community Wildfire Protection Plan Implementation Project. The full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the ITB and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Assistance Listing Number 10.730 Community Project Funds-2023 Congressionally Directed Spending. The federal program regulations 2 CFR 200, as applicable to the contractor, may be found online This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
