Site work and paving for a road / highway in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the Panoramic Drive Gravel Road Project. The project consists of the following: Gravel upgrade of Panoramic Drive located near mile 88 of the Sterling Highway. The project will begin at the end of the pavement on Panoramic Drive and continue east 2,180 feet and end at the intersection of Panoramic Drive and Marriot Drive. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. According to the State of Alaska Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid.
