** As of June 26, 2024 this project has been awarded to Wondra Construction, Inc. with an awarded amount of $940,038.26 .** The Project includes the following Work: The work for which bids are asked includes the following estimated quantities: 470 LF of sanitary sewer and laterals (12" PVC) along with associated sanitary sewer structure work; 1,325 L.F. of water main (6" thru 16" PVC); 425 LF of storm sewer (12"-24" H.D.P.E.) and associated storm structure work; 7,600 S.Y. aggregate base and geogrid installation; 8,500 S.Y. topsoil and sodding; 550 TON of asphalt pavement; 3,750 S.Y. of concrete pavement; 2,560 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, and traffic control. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract.
