Beaver Dam Campus Roof K-East Section and Fond du Lac O-Wing Alternates Moraine Park Technical College is requesting proposals for a new roof at the Beaver Dam campus For more information regarding the proposal process, please contact Tim Keenan, Purchasing Manager, at (920) 924-3240 or tkeenan@morainepar k.edu. All proposals must be guaranteed for one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of opening. A. Base roof replacement on Section K at the Moraine Park Technical College 700 Gould St. Beaver Dam WI, 53916. 1. Replace the current ballasted Roof with a fully adhered type roof. This original build of the KSection including the penthouse is approximately of 18,250 sq. ft. 2. Removal and installation work will be completed during normal business hours 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. B. Alternate #1 - Roof replacement on the O-Wing at the Moraine Park Technical College 235 University Dr. Fond Du Lac WI, 54935. 1. Replace the current ballasted Roof with a fully adhered type roof. The original build of the OWing, excluding the penthouse, total approximately 16,350 sq. ft. including all 14 skylights. 2. Removal and installation work will be completed during normal business hours 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. C. Alternate #2 - Skylight re-flashing. Price as each and show discount, if any, to replace all 14. 1. Removal and installation work will be completed during normal business hours 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
