PSI Report Number: 00941475 The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Removals: Trees and shrubs, excavation common, landscaping, existing stone masonry wall and footings, existing railing, asphalt, unsound/damaged concrete, and decorative fountain. Erosion Control: Erosion mat, silt fence, sediment logs, stormwater swales, and stormwater drain. Stone Wall Improvements: Aggregate base, dry-stacked stone wall, drain tile, backfill, mortar set capstone. Fountain/Waterfalls: pumps, plumbing, precast concrete structures, landscape stonework, metal railing fabrication and installation, floating fountains and aerators. Electrical: Light poles, outlets and underground conduit. Utilities: Replace existing storm sewer and structures. Replace water service. Cast-in-place concrete: Concrete sidewalk improvements. Bridge Repair and Restoration: Tuckpointing, bridge deck replacement. Restoration: Site and turf restoration including a variety of planting beds and vegetation areas.
