The Rainy River District School Board is soliciting this Request for Proposal from qualified General Contractors interested in submitting a proposal for construction services to provide upgrades including but not limited to a backup generator, building automation system (BAS), septic tank improvements, fire hydrant repairs, asphalt and sidewalk replacement at our Mine Centre School located at 123 Mine Centre Road, Mine Centre Ontario as per the attached Contract Documents. The approximate GPS Coordinates for the location of the existing school is 48.760294 N, -92.620171 W. Mine Centre is located on Hwy 11 approximately 68 km east of Fort Frances ON or 280 km west of Thunder Bay Ontario.
