Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pleasanton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Pleasanton Unified School District ("District") is seeking to prequalify design-build entities or design-build teams to submit proposals to design and construct the District's Amador Valley High School Campus Renovation Project ("Amador Project") and/or Foothill High School Campus Renovations Project ("Foothill Project"). Questions regarding this RFQ may be directed in writing to Eric Van Pelt, VPCS at eric@vpcsonline.com and must be submitted on or by 2:00 PM, APRIL 30, 2024. District reserves the right to waive irregularities and omissions in the information contained in any SOQ, and to make all final determinations. District may use other sources of information outside of the SOQs to investigate respondents or to verify answers.
