The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by Upper Gwynedd Township The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities as to form therein. The bid security shall be forfeited, as liquidated damages, if the bidder fails to execute the required contract documents and furnish the performance security as specified within fifteen (15) days following the date of receipt of Notice of Award of Contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, made payable to Upper Gwynedd Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen (15) days after the contract is awarded Bidders must answer all questions in the PennBid RFI Bid Form upon submission of bids. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate, attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires.Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Sealed bids will be received for equipment rental and labor for various Stormwater Management Projects in Upper Gwynedd Township for a one (1) year period from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025
