Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2025 Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked City of of Maple Grove - Community Center Expansion and the Bid Category No. being bid with attention to Chuck Stifter - Parks and Recreation Director. The name and address of the Bidder must be shown on the outside of the envelope. The date and time of the bid is to be noted on the label. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The project work scope consists of renovations the the existing Maple Grove Community Center facility and a new ice arena building expansion adjacent to the current Maple Grove Community Center facility. Bid Package No. 1 consists of precast concrete including precast walls, plank, and stadia, structural steel fabrication, and electrical switchgear procurement requests for proposal. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The Cut-off time to submit questions pertaining to this Bid Package shall be Friday, April 26, 2024 at 5:00pm.
