o Conversion of existing wet well/dry well lift station to submersible-type lift station, including: modification and coating of existing wet well; concrete top slab and hatch; submersible pumps, base elbows and guide rails, and other equipment; valve manhole, gate valves and check valves; control system and electrical; abandoning existing dry well o Temporary bypass pumping o 1224 lin. ft. 8" forcemain (trenchless) o 28 lin. ft. 8" forcemain (open cut) o 145 lin. ft. 12" sanitary sewer (open cut) with manhole and casting o Lift station site work (concrete driveway apron, bituminous pavement, concrete sidewalk) o Removal and replacement of bituminous street/parking lot pavement and curb and gutter o Turf restoration and erosion control o Traffic control Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
