As of June 13, 2024 project was awarded to Booms Construction, Inc, but awarded amount is not available. https://www.thetelegraph.com/news/article/caseville-community-center-built-booms-19457534.php Booms Construction wins bid for Caseville new community/recreation center ______________ The city of Caseville, MI is soliciting Design-Build Proposals for the construction of a new multi-purpose pavilion to be located adjacent to the municipal boat ramp on Dock Street, in Caseville Park. This new structure shall consist of a timber framed 40'x 80'pavilion and an adjacent multi-purpose building. The multi-purpose building shall contain an enclosed pavilion, two family toilet rooms (one with a shower), a custodial room and storage space. Please refer to the attached exhibits "A" and "C" for schematic drawings of the proposed buildings. The City of Caseville is accepting bids for a general contractor for the Community/Recreation Center with pavilion at Riverside Park.
