The work covered by this agreement involves janitorial cleaning services for the cleaning of office space, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, exterior entrances, vending rooms, break rooms, laboratories and all student, employee, customer and public spaces contained within Aims facilities. Aims total cumulative facility area is approximately 21 building with over 684,000 ASF (assignable square feet), and includes Aims Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Loveland Airport and Fort Lupton campuses. The service provider will have the primary responsibility for all cleaning activities within Aims facilities listed in this RFP. This provides a general outline of the quality performance expectations applicable to this agreement and must not be construed to be a complete or detailed listing of all performance expectations required to satisfy this agreement to standards acceptable to Aims.
