The renovation of Firehouse Station #2 in Provincetown is an exciting project focused on preserving the historic structure while adapting the upper floors into housing for up to 5 individuals in private bedrooms. Reconfigure Second Floor to create: (2) bedrooms, (1) bathroom, (1) kitchen/lounge. Reconfigure Third Floor to create: (3) bedrooms, (1) half bath, (1) shower room, and (1) mechanical room. First Floor is to remain as-is. Removal of the existing roof system; Addition of (2) dormers as shown in contract documents; Replacement of roof system. Installation of mini-splits.
