Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This work consists of removal of 4 valve chambers, the construction of 1 flow meter manhole, 1 pressure reducing valve (PRV) chamber, 1 PRV manhole, and 1 PRV chamber renovation, 20 feet of 6 inch, 50 ft. of 8 inch, 335 ft. of 12 inch, and 20 ft. of 30 inch water main with valves and fittings, 100 ft. of 4 inch DI Cl53 storm sewer, 1 storm manhole, 2 infiltration basins, curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement including ADA ramps and detectable warning plates, electrical work including 560 ft. of concrete encased and direct buried conduit, Consumers Energy utility work, final restoration and all appurtenant work. To furnish all parts, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary and proper for and incidental to the proper performance and completion of the work specified in the Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications and as required by the City Manager and City Engineer to begin construction within seven (7) calendar days after a Contract is executed (unless otherwise indicated in the Special Provisions) and to complete the work by the date(s) listed below, and for the unit prices stated in the Bid Form. Addenda, if any have been issued, are to be acknowledged on the form provided at the place where bids are received, and a signed copy attached to the bid.
