CONSTRUCTION PCL INC. (PCL), acting as Construction Manager for the Les Terrasses de la Chaudière (LTDLC) Envelope Replacement project, is initiating a process to prequalify proponents for the supply and install of window coverings. This component of the overall envelope replacement project is estimated at approximately $1,500,000.00 CAD. As part of this process, proponents will be required to prequalify to meet the specific requirements of this project. Only proponents considered by PCL to meet the prequalification requirements will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. supply and installation of window coverings around the perimeter of Blocks 100 (15/25 Eddy St), 200 (10 Wellington St) and 300 (1 Place de Portage). The buildings are linked at their first and second levels by a retail concourse and pedestrian link. The four towers are 7, 19, 21 and 28 storeys high with some multi levels in-between. The project includes the replacement of over 500,000 square feet of exterior wall of the buildings in the complex. This scope includes the removal and disposal of the existing brick veneer precast panels forming the existing exterior wall of the complex and the construction of a new replacement façade (curtainwall) above the second floor of each building. The extent of the façade replacement of the lower two levels is to be determined in collaboration with the Prime Consultant. Reconfiguration of the entrances may be required to align with the Master Plan approvals under development for the long-term modernization of the complex. The scope of work related to this prequalification is the supply and install of window coverings only.
