The original bid package is to be mailed to SUNY Oswego, Purchasing Department, 402 Culkin Hall, Oswego, NY 13126. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 60 days after the Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work: The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUNY Project No 1129-17 titled Ballroom Electro Acoustic System - Hewitt Hall and carrying out all the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. A non-mandatory Q&A Conference Call has been scheduled to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid for the same. The Q&A has been scheduled for April 23, 2024 at 10:00AM. Those who wish to participate should send an email to Richard.merritt@oswego.edu. Contractors should submit all questions no later than April 30, 2024. All questions are to be submitted in writing and can be e-mailed to Richard Merritt at richard.merritt@oswego.edu. Requestors are responsible for shipping charges. All plan holders who receive the Contract Documents from Plan and Print Systems will receive Addenda notification by e-mail. In compliance with Section 139 of the State Finance Law, all questions pertaining to this solicitation during the restricted period shall be made formally through email to the designated staff.
