County : Merrimack Scope of Work: ARPA Twitchell Road Reconstruction Proposal Guarantee: 5% of bid amount The project will reconstruct Twitchell roadway at the Governor Hugh J. Gallen State Office Park campus in Concord, NH. The work includes reclaiming and paving the existing pavement roadway and associated parking areas. Drainage improvements include installing new structures, piping and infiltration trenches. The parking lot will be finished with pavement striping, new parking signs and site lighting. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Site Construction, Concrete and Electrical. Unskilled labor may be hired from lists prepared by the NH Department of Employment Security designated in document 00120.
