Enclosed are the necessary specifications and related documents to submit a bid to Furnish All Labor, Material and Equipment for the Locker Room roof repair at the Garden Grove Amphitheater located at 12762 Main Street, Garden Grove CA, per the bid specifications. The roof repair includes the Locker Room only. In order to submit a bid for the project the enclosed forms must be completed.
