GENERAL HVAC The Contractor will install new gas fired heating / DX cooling RTU's to the ROTC classroom, Weightlifting room and Office Spaces near school's front entrance, to include o Mechanical and electrical engineering o New RTU's with curbs o Factory startup of new equipment o Roofing for new curbs o Sheet Metal o Insulation o Test and Balance o DDC Controls o Hoisting o Natural gas piping o Abatement o Electrical o Fire alarm wiring o Bond Boiler Modifications o Disconnect and remove (2) existing hot water heating boilers and turn over to D-60. o Disconnect and remove (2) existing base mounted heating pumps and turn over to D-60. o Demo existing piping headers to include hangers and supports. o Install (2) new PK boilers. o Reconnect natural gas piping. o Reconnect heating water piping to the following zones: o Wood Shop (Existing Unit Heaters) o Custodial Offices (Existing Unit Heater) o Water Entry Room (New Unit Heater)
