Scope- The overall goal of this project is to improve the stormwater water runoff in this area. The project involves building a dry pond, installation of a concrete overflow weir, installing a new inlet along Center Street, adding a concrete flume to channel water runoff to the pond, and curbing. Reference engineered drawings for complete job. Contactor shall follow design plans that the City of Leesburg will be providing. Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, plant power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and means of construction necessary for proper performance and completion of the Work. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary local building permits. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work in the manner best calculated to promote rapid construction consistent with safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the Work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all Work and pay all costs incidental thereto. He shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the Work.
