Site work and outdoor lighting for a communication facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility; and for outdoor lighting for a communication facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to remove and replace strobes, beacons, obstruction lights, controllers, and tower light hardware from the Jeanerette Tower Lighting System as per Attachment C - Specifications For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashiers check) must be included with the bidders submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions page 4 for complete details of this requirement.
