Scope- General construction associated with Auditorium and Electrical Transformer reconstruction. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder, or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals, subject however, to the discretionary right reserved by Nassau BOCES to waive any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals if, in its opinion, the best interest of Nassau BOCES will thereby be promoted. Any person or corporation proposing to submit a bid must take out a minimum of one (1) set of plans and specifications. Bids must be made in the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications that must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: NASSAU BOCES and clearly marked on the outside: Bid# 24/25-021.
