Renovation of a theater / auditorium in North Bellmore, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Auditorium Reconstruction & Electrical Transformer Reconstruction - Electrical Construction. SED No.:28-90-00-00-0-116-003, 28-90-00-00-0-116-004 Any person or corporation proposing to submit a bid must take out a minimum of one (1) set of plans and specifications. Bids must be made in the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications that must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: NASSAU BOCES and clearly marked on the outside: Bid# 24/25-021. Bids must be received by Nassau BOCES prior to the time indicated for bid opening. Bidders wishing to mail their bids may send it to the address listed above. Each bidder must deposit with its bid, a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to NASSAU BOCES, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at the above referenced website. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Plan holders who have obtained hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. The bid deposit for hard copies will be returned upon receipt of plans and specifications, in good condition, within thirty (30) days after bid date, except for the lowest responsible bidder, whose check will be forfeited upon award of the contract. Non-bidders shall receive partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the amount of the deposit, less actual cost of reproduction of documents if the set is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or rejection of the bids covered by such plans and specifications.
