Renovation of a municipal facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Location: DDSN Pee Dee Center 714 E. National Cemetery Rd. Florence, SC 29506 Construction Cost Range: $10.000 - $30.000 Remove and dispose of five existing 1-Ton units HVAC Mini-Split units, and replace each of the five units. This will be in five different buildings on the main campus. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. General Scope A. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC Units and install new HVAC units and related items indicated on the drawings and/or specified herein. B. Contractors will provide all labor and materials meeting state laws and regulations. C. The contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing HVAC units. D. The contractor will be responsible to have all units running efficiently at final walk-through. E. The contractor will repair any damage done to State property during the project.
