FY24 Waterline Improvements. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of FY24 Waterline Improvements. This project is not subject to tax-exempt status. The work covered by these specifications and drawings shall consist of all materials, transportation costs, equipment, and tools that are related to, or are to be incorporated in this contract and must be received, unloaded, stored, installed, erected, service connections provided, and coordinated with the construction by the Contractor under this contract. Installation of equipment and materials shall mean furnishing of all labor and materials as required to place the improvements in successful operation. The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment and materials and shall replace at his own expense all such equipment and materials found defective in manufacture or damaged in handling after delivery by the manufacturer. Erosion Control Question Deadline: 5/7/2024 02:00 PM (CT) submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer The work to be covered under these contracts in accordance with the drawings listed herein and in these Specification consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation and services necessary to complete the construction as outlined herein and as shown on the drawings. The complete installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary which is customarily furnished.
