Site work for a water / sewer project in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project Consists of Furnishing All Required Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Tools, and Plan to Perform All Necessary Labor for the Construction of Modifications to Seven Concrete Ground Storage Tanks, Two 2,000,000 Gallon Composite Elevated Water Tanks, and One 500,000 Gallon Elevated Spheroid Water Tank. All the Proposed Work for the Tanks Shall Be Completed and the Tanks Shall Be in Service by December 16, 2024. A Cashiers Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Required of Each Bidder. Deposits Will Be Returned to the Unsuccessful Bidders. The Bid Bond Should Be Submitted Online at the Time of Online Bid Submission Closing Date and Time. Each Bid Submitted is a Legal Offer and When Accepted by the City, Constitutes a Firm and Binding Contract. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The Edmond Public Works Authority Reserves the Unconditional Right to Cancel All or Any Portion of This Project Within Thirty (30) Days From the Date of Opening of Bids, for Any Reason and at Its Sole Discretion.
