This project is American Rescue Plan Act funded through the Local Public Agency (LPA). All federal, state, and local terms and conditions are applicable to Horry County, and will also be applicable to the successful IFB submitter and subcontractors. Therefore, all rules and Federal, State and local regulations related to the funding source apply, including but not limited to 2 C.F.R. 200.317 -326 and Appendix II to Part 200-Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, including Davis Bacon Wages. Local Vendor Preference is NOT APPLICABLE to this sealed bid process. Your firm is required to provide bid security in the sum of no less than five percent (5%) of the bid price (excluding alternates and/or optional bid items). The successful and awarded bidder will be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds in the sum of no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
