Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Properly licensed contractors may obtain bid documents after April 29, 2024 by contacting the office of the Architect, PIKE-McFarland-HALL ASSOCIATES, INC., Architects and Planners, 1300 Professional Drive, Suite 201, Myrtle Beach South Carolina 295577, phone (843) 497-0272, fax (843) 497-0271) or email Debbie Williams at dwilliams@pmharchitects.com Additional questions are due no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Questions may be submitted via e-mail to jkobrien@cityofmyrtlebeach.com. Official time of receipt will be marked by the time the e-mail is received, and not by the time that it is sent. E-mail messages can take up to ten (10) minutes or more to be delivered to the intended recipient. All questions received by the deadline will be answered via addendum. The Work consists of a New Visitor's Support building for Doug Shaw Stadium, approximate 2,663 square feet. Construction consists of cmu and face brick, light gauge metal trusses and metal roofing system. Downspouts and gutters. Hollow metal doors and frames, toilet fixtures and partitions. The Work includes but is not limited to suspended ceiling system, painting, masonry work, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
