The Lincoln County Board of Education (LCBOE) is soliciting qualifications for Design-Build (DB) firms for the following projects. Restrooms, concession stand, and athletic equipment storage at the following middle schools: East Lincoln Middle 4137 Highway 73, Iron Station, NC 28080 Lincolnton Middle 2361 Startown Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092 North Lincoln Middle 1503 Amity Church Road, Denver, NC 28037 Question Deadline 05/10/2024 Please address any questions via email by May 10, 2024 to Mr. Eric Eaker, Chief Operations Officer at eeaker@lincoln.k12.nc.us. Please do not contact any other school personnel directly. Responses and clarification will be provided no later than May 13, 2024. Notice of Intent to Award Contract June 11, 2024 Substantial Completion : March 1, 2025 The LCBOE reserves the right to waive any irregularities, if not otherwise prohibited by law, and the right to reject any or all proposals.
