Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot educational facility; and fitness / recreation center.
Lincoln County Schools is accepting bids to replace the gymnasium EPDM roof system located at the following site. West Lincoln Middle School 260 Shoal Road Lincolnton, NC 28092 Specifications: o Roof area approximately (9000 sq. ft) o Remove existing ballast stone and haul off site o Remove existing EPDM and insulation down to metal decking and haul off site o Install 1 layer of 2.6" ISO insulation mechanically fastened to metal decking o Install .060 White TPO using the mechanically attached method of application per manufacture specifications o Install new 24-gauge pre-finished gutter and downspouts o Include alternate price to install 1/4 " per foot tapered insulation system Prospective bidders must schedule a site visit with Mr. Ted Ramsey, Director of Maintenance, prior to bidding. Project Start Date: May 30, 2024 (Must be completed by August 5, 2024.)
