Scope of Contract: the Contract Will Cover All Grounds Care Aspects for the Airport Property and the Right-ofway for Jack Dellinger Rd. Payment: the Vendor Shall Submit an Invoice to Scott Stimpson, Airport, 714 Jack Dellinger Rd., Iron Station, Nc 28080. Lincoln County's Payment Terms Are Net 30. the County Pays Invoices Monthly After Being Approved by Department Head or Their Designee. the County Does Not Pay for Materials Not Stored on County Property. Contract Award: It is the General Intent to Award This Contract to a Single Overall Bidder Within 60 Days of Bid Opening. The Outermost Packaging Must Be Marked "Response to Rfb No. 2023-1214". Envelope Must Also Bear, on the Outside, the Name of the Bidder, the Bidder's Address, and the Bidder's Contractor License Number. All Bids Must Be Made on the Bid Form Provided and Included in This Document, or as May Be Provided by Addendum Prior to Bid.
