City Hall Parking Lot Retaining Wall and Steps - The City of Lincolnton invites qualified contractors/engineers to submit quotations for the repaving/repair/or redesign of the City Hall parking lot and the evaluation/repair and/or revision of the retaining wall and steps. This project aims to enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the City Hall premises while ensuring the structural integrity of the retaining wall and steps. We seek experienced and licensed contractors to provide their expertise and competitive pricing. Project Scope: The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: a. Inspection and assessment of the current condition of the parking lot, retaining wall, and steps. b. Milling and repaving evaluation of the City Hall parking lot, including any necessary grading, drainage improvements, and striping. c. Evaluation/repair and/or revision of the retaining wall, including any necessary foundation work, structural repairs, and drainage improvements. d. Repair and/or revision of the steps leading to City Hall. e. Any required permitting, approvals, or inspections from relevant authorities. f. Restoration of the affected areas to their original condition. g. Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
