Reference number : 1838414 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-06 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The City of Lavaltrie is requesting bids for the upgrade of the wastewater treatment plant screening system - lot 1: pre-purchase of screening equipment. Only suppliers or contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are authorized to bid. The Contract consists primarily of, but is not limited to, the following: -Supply and delivery of two automatic fine screeners , including a drive system , cleaning mechanism , motors , trash chute and accessories ; -Supply and delivery of two compactors and waste transport piping , including bagging system , piping and accessories; -Supply and delivery of a single control panel for all screening equipment and instrumentation ; -Supply and delivery of two level control elements downstream of the screens ; -Supply and delivery of a level regulator and four ultrasonic level measuring probes, including two transmitters (double input ) and accessories; -Supply and delivery of a 12 mm spacing manual grid for temporary installation during maintenance work on a screen ; -Supply and delivery of local operating stations for each motorized component ; -Technical assistance and coordination with the Lot 2 Contractor for the installation of all the components listed above ; -Verifications , tests , start-up and training of the City's operating staff , including compliance report of the installation and start-up tests; -Manufacturing and operating guarantees; -Preparation of shop drawings ; -Maintenance and operation manuals in French ; -Various related works.
