Only contractors with an establishment in Québec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by that agreement may bid. The contract consists of the installation of a final layer of paving between Rang Saint-Jean and Rue Alain, described as follows: 1. Pre-work survey; 2. Removal and disposal of temporary chamfers; 3. Bituminous asphalt installation; 4. Service Adjustment; 5. Street markings.
