Sealed Bid to Duchesne City for construction of a sanitary sewer and culinary water pipeline with appurtenant facilities located in the northwest neighborhood of Duchesne City. Project Description: The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,900 feet of 10 inch SDR 35 PVC Sewer Pipe and 700 feet of 8inch C-900 DR 18 PVC water pipe, with appurtenant structures and surface repairs. Owner requires the Project to be completed in 30 calendar days. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided in Document 00 41 43 Bid Form. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. General Contract Bidders are encouraged to attend. The purpose of this conference will be to explain the scope, discuss questions the bidders may have on the project, and clarify the intent of the Plans and Specifications. Neither the Engineer nor the Owner shall be held responsible for any oral instructions. Any changes to the Plans and Specifications will be in the form of a written Addendum which will be furnished to all plan holders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Direct questions in writing to Chuck A.
