Renovation of a municipal facility in Duchesne, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Duchesne County's South Building is covered by a single-ply membrane system. The membrane on this building has experienced issues with leaking that has become more frequent in the last few years. The membrane has reached its design life and is in need of replacement. The membrane replacement on the South Building will include the removal and replacement as shown on the DRAWINGS. This will also include the removal of the chimney as specified, build up of insulation to achieve desired slope, removal and replacement of flashing, drip edge and facia, and the repair of roof soft spots and areas of water damage. The project requires a manufacturer certified installation with minimum warranty of Thirty (30) years on the proposed roofing system. Completion date for construction expected to be October 4, 2024.
