Project Description: Bayne Jones Army community Hospital (BJACH) is a 7-story, 36,000 SF facility constructed between 1979 and 1983. It has undergone various renovations and upgrades to support the BJACH Mission providing services for active duty, family, retirees, and emergency services at Ft. Johnson. The objective of this project is for continued enhancement of services provided. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair/renew/renovate approximately 8,900 sq ft of existing Medical Laboratory space on the 2nd floor at BJACH and Replace the Switchgear in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the Division 1 Specifications, UFCs and any other governing codes/requirements for medical laboratory and electrical switchgear replacement. The project will also include transition space and relocation services for the medical laboratory. The electrical switchgear will be addressed as Option 1 in this effort. Option 2 will address the Access Control Card Reader devices. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply.
